Design Manager/BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a Design Manager/BIM Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Adelaide, SA. This role involves managing building information modeling (BIM) processes, coordinating design deliverables, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure efficient project execution. Responsibilities include overseeing design development, maintaining BIM standards, performing quality control checks, and ensuring projects meet sustainability and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between project teams and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
  • Strong design management skills, including concept development and design delivery
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in sustainability principles and applying compliance regulations
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with project life cycles, from design inception to completion
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields preferred
  • Previous experience in property development or construction projects is an advantage
Site Engineer

This full-time Site Engineer role is an on-site position based in Adelaide, SA. The Site Engineer will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements. Responsibilities include managing on-site activities, collaborating with contractors and engineers, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with construction standards and regulations. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven abilities in supervising and overseeing on-site construction activities efficiently
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Experience in quality control measures and ensuring compliance with construction standards
  • Knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles related to construction projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in construction management tools and software is a plus
  • Previous experience in property development projects is advantageous


Executive/Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, daily priorities, and scheduling to protect focus
  • Triage request, filter decisions and support smooth workflows
  • Prepare communications, coordinate meetings and track next steps
  • Support strategic planning by creating space around key decisions
  • Liaise with team members, clients and external stakeholders
  • Structure tasks and reminders to help ideas move into action
  • Occasionally assist with light personal admin to support overall productivity
  • Provide reliable, calm and support in a dynamic environment
  • Work fully on-site at our Adelaide office

About You

  • You have at least 3+ years experience in a senior EA/PA role, ideally supporting a business owner or executive
  • You are organised, reliable and systems orientated
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You are proactive and can confidently manage competing demands
  • You are comfortable working in both professional and personal contexts
  • You bring emotional intelligence, discretion and professionalism to everything you do
  • Experience in construction, property or development is a bonus, but not essential.
Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, document and maintain clear processes, SOPs, templates, checklists, and workflows
  • Create and manage a single source of truth so teams know how work is done without constant leadership input
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding to ensure new hires are productive quickly and consistently
  • Design simple, repeatable onboarding processes covering access, systems, induction, and role clarity
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplicated effort, and friction, and be able to fix them pragmatically
  • Implement "minimum viable structure" that enables progress without bureaucracy
  • Lead the practical use of technology and AI (Microsoft 365, Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools) to reduce manual work and improve clarity
  • Implement outcome-based reporting to give leadership visibility without micromanagement
  • Act as the integrator between development, construction, and operations team
  • Enable teams to operate autonomously with clear ownership and decision rights

About You

  • Proven Experience in an operations, integrator, or delivery role within the development and/or construction industry
  • Strong capability in building, documenting and maintaining clear processes, SOP's, workflows, templates, and checklists
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage a single source of truth so teams can operate without constant leadership input
  • Experience in designing and implementing simple, repeatable onboarding and offboarding processes covering system access, induction, and role clarity
  • Highly practical problem-solver with a track record of identifying and fixing operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, duplicated effort and friction
